and I want you to know you are welcome as you are! I know that starting therapy can feel scary and overwhelming to have to tell a stranger your deepest thoughts. I am deeply passionate about holding a space for you to be fully seen and heard for the amazing human you already are. I believe that kindness and self compassion are an imperative part to therapy. Too often in this life we are our own worst critics, when we could be our biggest cheerleader! Together we will collaborate to explore the ways your thoughts, behaviors, or patterns have lead to things feeling more difficult. I utilize a person centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approach to help utilize your strengths to make long lasting changes so you can start living the life you deserve! We are in this together. I look forward to working with you!
“Our successes and failures come and go—they neither define us nor do they determine our worthiness.”

Greatest Thing About Being A Therapist
Helping clients see the amazing humans they already are!
I wouldn’t go to a therapist I didn’t feel comfortable with, and you shouldn’t either. So if we’re not a good fit, I’m always happy to refer you to one of the talented therapists in my network.
